LASER MEDCARE

Laser Medcare is a cosmetic surgical clinic. Their aim was to double their size in 5 years by promoting themselves as the best laser centre in the city (hair restoration, liposuction and breast augmentation). Due to budget restraints that prohibited them from doing TV commercials (unlike the competition), they needed a campaign that would build stronger public awareness and brand identity.        

We designed a campaign around the theme line: Replace What You’ve Been Missing. By replacing their ‘lifestyle’ newspaper banner ads and introducing larger ads and incorporating humour instead of the pedestrian ‘before and after’ method, the humour generated a new audience to emerge, doubling their clientele within a year. We also revamped their waiting room and designed similar direct mail pieces to local hair salons.
