Judy Faulkner, of Faulkner Realtors, wanted a way to stand apart from her competitors by emphasizing the knowledge and honesty that her team represented in one of the most competitive industries. The problem was that their previous marketing material didn’t look much different from her rivals.
We came up with LET’S TALK as a campaign encouraging the public to communicate with Faulkner realtors about real estate issues from taxes to conflict of interest while developing a feeling of transparency. The campaign was tailor-made for each broker (based on their individual budget) from business cards, bicycle rack ads, and giveaway cards. The company promoted the campaign with newsprint and banner ads. We also encouraged each broker to start a LET’S TALK column in their respective community papers which has been a collective success.
